Mills Creek Condominiums

There is a large call for affordable housing in Asheville. Affordable meaning, priced under the $200,000.00 mark; but still upscale with an eat-in kitchen, fireplace, plenty of space, and yes, at least a one-car garage. Fortunately, Stafford Realty is answering the call for affordable housing in an upscale market with the Mills Creek Condominiums in South Asheville. Starting at only $156900.00, all homes have two (2) stories, three (3) bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths, townhome construction with no neighbors above ro below, and an attached one-car garage. If the low price wasn't enough, there are $3000 towards closing costs via preferred lenders. These homes are being exclusively marketed by Stafford Realty, and will feature 75 homes upon completion of the entire development. "In addition to being the only inventory in South Asheville with an attached one-car garage in this price range," say Michael Duncan, a Realtor with Stafford Realty, "Mills Creek Condominiums also have gas furnaces, gas water heaters, gas log fireplaces and 1,324 square feet of living space. These condos are beautifully done and feel more like a townhome than a condo." The South Asheville location of Mills Creek is central and ideal; the homes are off of Mills Gap Road just off Sweeten Creek Road and are close to plentyful shopping, the Asheville Regional Airport, and a mere ten minutes from downtown Asheville. You can't find a better offer with a comparable location, quality and price. What if you want your new home to have special flooring or even a different refrigerator, washer or dryer, and what about those Home Owner Association fees? Unbelieveably, the HOA fees are only $65.00 per month. The homes come with a 25-year Mold Warranty and a one year warranty for craftsmanship and workmanship on the structure. Mortgage rates are at an all time low and currently, for most owners, the mortgage payment is much lower than what they would be paying for rent for a comparable apartment.
