The Village at Bradley Branch

Restaurants and retail are booming along Airport Road, and the developers of the nearby Bradley Branch community are hoping homeowners will want to be close to the action.
The first residents moved into this Arden community off Sunny Meadows Boulevard last year. Now the focus is on the construction of town houses.
“Originally, the entire development was going to be condos, but now we’re doing more town homes because that is what Stafford Realty is known for,” said Realtor Michael Duncan. “We have a premium location, being located near all the growth at the airport, and people really respond to being close to all that’s going on while still having their privacy when they come back home.”
Plans for the maintenance-free town houses call for one- and two-story layouts complete with a single or double garage, laundry room and fireplace. But Duncan says a main selling point is the price.
“With the two-story town homes, there is nowhere else in Arden that gives you as much for the money,” he said of the properties, which start at $149,000. “Most people in that range want a garage as well as the advantage of not having neighbors above or below like they would in an apartment.”
While the development does not offer a clubhouse or a pool, those are not concerns for Louis and Linda LaMana, who live a few doors down from the model home. “The neighborhood is outstanding,” Louis LaMana said. “The people are friendly, and the convenience to stores, shopping, restaurants, major highways and the airport is icing on the cake. We are looking forward to many years here.”

  1. Buyer Beware. Hallmark Development built these and it appears all they have built are having issues. For instance side walks are popping out of the ground, front porches are detaching, electrical issues, and much more. I have called the owner Stan Robinson and he will not return my calls. Buyer Beware!!!!
